For Churches & Small Groups

Formation that works
between Sundays.

Sunday morning is where your congregation gathers. BecomingFaith is where they grow on Tuesday, Thursday, and every other day in between. A daily formation system your small groups can walk through together.

The Challenge Every Pastor Knows

Your people want to
grow. They just don't
know how to daily.

Small groups meet weekly. Sunday services inspire. But formation happens in the dailiness — in the 6 days between gatherings, when no one is watching and every other priority is louder than their faith.

BecomingFaith gives your congregation a structure for those days. Ten minutes. A ROOTS step. A Circle that holds them accountable even on Tuesday morning when no one else from church is around.

The Sunday Gap

168 hours between Sundays. Most discipleship programs address 1–2 of them. BecomingFaith addresses all the rest.

Accountability at Scale

A pastor can't personally follow up with 200 people. Circles give every member a small accountability community that runs itself.

Retention That Compounds

Members who develop daily habits stay. Congregations with strong formation culture retain members at significantly higher rates.

How It Works

Your small group becomes
a BecomingFaith Circle.

Each group member downloads the app. You point them to a journey. They walk it daily together — and your Sunday gathering becomes the celebration of what happened in between.

1

Choose a Journey

Pick a formation journey that fits your group's season — identity, anxiety, calling, grief. Or use a core journey for a new group just getting started. Journeys run 14–30 steps, designed for 2–4 weeks of group use.

2

Create a Circle

A subscriber account lets you create a Circle and invite your group members. They download the app free — no subscription needed to join your Circle. You set the journey. They show up daily.

3

Walk It Together — Daily

Each member does their step independently — morning, lunch, evening, whenever fits their day. The Circle sees check-ins. Members encourage each other. The streak makes it visible who's showing up.

4

Bring It Back on Sunday

Your small group meeting now has 5–6 days of shared formation to discuss. What did people notice? What did they obey? What are they still wrestling with? The app deepens your gathering — it doesn't replace it.

"The goal was never to give our people more content to consume. It was to give them a daily practice they'd actually keep. BecomingFaith is the first thing I've seen that's built for that."

The Research

Why Circles outperform
solo formation.

Circles aren't a social feature. They're a retention and formation mechanism. People who do formation in community stay and grow at significantly higher rates than those who go it alone.

Higher Retention
Circle members retain at roughly double the rate of solo users at Day 28, based on early user data.
3–7
The Right Size
Circles max at 7 members — small enough that everyone's presence is noticed and every absence is felt.
Daily
Not Weekly
Weekly accountability has gaps. Daily visibility — even just a check-in — keeps the habit alive through the week's hardest days.
Free 4-Week Pilot

Run it with one
small group. Free.

We're looking for churches willing to run a 4-week BecomingFaith experiment with one small group. No cost. We set it up. You facilitate your group meeting as normal. At the end, you tell us what you found.

This isn't a pilot in the marketing sense. It's a genuine ask for honest feedback from people who understand formation. If it works for your group, great. If it doesn't, your feedback helps us make it better for the churches that come next.
